The articles incorporating Clark Electric Cooperative were restated and filed with Wisconsin’s Secretary of State on June 6, 1972. They set forth the purpose of the organization; they provide certain rights for the members; they require the election of a board of directors who shall name officers of the cooperative; and they fix the responsibilities of these elected officials.
The bylaws are the rules adopted by the members for the governing and regulation of the affairs of the cooperative.
