To
obtain Referral amount -
Customer needs to be receive their service from
Clark Electric Appliance & Satellite.
Referred friend must also receive their service
from Clark Electric Appliance & Satellite.
Qualifying
Referrals
The
qualifying incentive will be determined at the sole
discretion of the WildBlue Authorized provider in
accordance with the following criteria:
- The
name of the referral must match the WildBlue customer
account name the WildBlue Authorized Provider
has on record;
- A
successful WildBlue activation contract must be
made with referee who submits a referral;
- WildBlue
Authorized Provider has not already received a
referral from another customer for the same referee;
- The
referral must be a new WildBlue customer;
- The
referring WildBlue customer is in good standing
with WildBlue Authorized Provider;
- All
disputes and conflicts will be handled at the
sole discretion of the WildBlue Authorized Provider.
Eligibility
The program is open to all current WildBlue
customers who are legal residents of the WildBlue
Authorized service area.
Participation
WildBlue
Authorized Provider is not responsible for referral
forms that are illegible, lost, misdirected, improperly
recored or not received for any other reason.
WildBlue
Authorized Providers participating in this program
reserve the right to modify these rules and the
referral's incentive at any time. All federal, state,
provincial and local laws apply. Qualifying participant
is solely responsible for all applicable federal,
state and local taxes.
This referral program may be terminated by the WildBlue
Authorized Provider at any time without prior notice.
