To get electric service from the cooperative the customer needs to contact our office to establish membership and start the process of getting an account setup.

 

If an existing service is present and up to code then we can just change the account into the new members name. This is a simple task, which can be done over the phone and any forms that need to be completed can be mailed.

 

If new service needs to be established the customer will then need to get in touch with our Operations Department. A representative from the cooperative will schedule a time to meet with the member and determine what is needed to bring electrical service to the member and establish any cost involved.
