Consumers may purchase products at major retail stores because of “cheaper” pricing.
Once purchased, however, they find that the “identical” product does not have all of the features of the one they were looking at with us. This is because the major retail stores purchase volume quantities of a lower grade model. Indications they may find, are: no light in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator, self-balancing option is not available on the washers, ect…
But, the real problem comes in when they need a service repair, and the retail store offers none, or if they do, the consumer is scheduled for a week out and told it will be on a certain date, between the hours of 8A.M. and 5 P.M.

Our service technicians are GE Appliance certified, and maintain a Restricted Appliance Plumbing License, Reclaiming License, and Refrigerant License with the State of Wisconsin.
We also continue the service after the sale on all of our heating/cooling products, water heaters, and water softeners.
Our technicians are involved in continued education courses for their certifications, and in the different areas of our business.
We also contract our DirecTV and Wildblue installations to Contractors, who are certified in these areas to provide you with quality installations and repairs
